Terms of Service

Last updated: April 1, 2026

01 Introduction

Welcome to Amazon Scraper API ("Service"), operated by Amazon Scraper API ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at amazonscraperapi.com and all associated API services.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

02 Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • block Use the Service to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • block Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • block Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service without written authorization
  • block Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • block Use the Service to collect data that is not publicly accessible

03 API Usage and Limits

All API calls are rate-limited according to your subscription plan. Rate limits are measured in requests per second. Exceeding your rate limit will result in HTTP 429 responses.

Credit consumption depends on the type of request. Basic requests cost 5 credits. Requests utilizing JavaScript rendering or other premium proxy features will cost more (15 credits per JS-rendered call when that feature ships), as documented on our pricing page. Pricing in requests per dollar ($0.90 per 1,000 requests PAYG; less on subscription plans) is unchanged from our original launch - the credit unit was rebased to leave room for differentiated premium add-ons.
